Our parents started our rental agency specialising in Student accommodation back in the swinging sixties - It was one of the first to specialise in students back then! London’s flower power days are over and now the six Grade II listed buildings we manage on Craven Hill Gardens have become one of London's most sought after addresses. We are a very hands on and like to think of ourselves as helpful. We are always on site and can help you with all sorts of things, whether it’s borrowing a mattress while your parents/friends are visiting or looking after a pot-plant while you are on holiday, just ASK!…. Queensway, Bayswater, Lancaster Gate and Paddington underground stations and the location is surrounded by numerous bus routes, the transport network makes it very easy to navigate around London. Ideal for Students at Imperial, RCA or RMC (20 minute walk /12 mins by bike) or others like UCL, CSM, whatever other acronym you can think of! We actually love to rent to students for the academic year! ** We are about 10 minute walk from Notting Hill, which is great. Paddington is up and coming. Hurray!
