We absolutely love our house. From the first time we set foot in it we knew that this is the house we want.The neighbours are amazing, we help each other out with dog sitting or gardening tools and share the odd bit of baking goods every now and then - we even have a WhatsApp group. It's a real community around here.
The park just outside the front door is brilliant for the dogs and Swinley Forest is just a 5-minute walk away. It's great for running or mountain biking or just an afternoon stroll. We have a south facing garden which is drenched in sunlight (if and when it is sunny) from 7 am to 7 pm in the summer. Flowers and strawberries absolutely love it. There are no loud parties around apart from 1 night a year when 1 house nearby has a karaoke night, but even that is finished by latest 11pm.
The garage is accessible from the garden which is not the case for most houses around here, and we have put electric in and have removed the asbestos roof. We have also renovated the bathroom in July 25 and love it.
So, why do we want to sell you may wonder. We have talked about moving to North Wales for several years and decided that now is the right time.

Naseby is a popular part of Bracknell, especially for those who enjoy being close to green space. Swinley Forest is just moments away, ideal for dog walks and outdoor time. You’ve also got Sainsbury’s, the Village Hotel and gym nearby, along with local shops in Birch Hill and Hanworth. It’s a really convenient and well-connected location for day-to-day living.

We really like the position of this one, opening straight onto green space at the front. It just gives the house a different feel. The south facing garden is another big plus, especially if you enjoy being outside. Inside, the layout works really well with the front to back living room and the added bonus of a utility area and downstairs WC. It’s a great all-round home in a location people always ask for.
