Desirably positioned in the heart of Dartmouth Park, this charming split-level conversion offers beautifully presented accommodation, two bedrooms, ( double and a single ) a modern fitted kitchen and a fantastic private rear garden.

The property is in immaculate condition throughout and has been thoughtfully upgraded by the current owners in recent years, including a stylish new kitchen and contemporary bathroom. The living space is bright and welcoming, offering a comfortable setting for relaxing or entertaining, while the kitchen has been well designed to maximise both practicality and style.

Both bedrooms are positioned to the rear of the property, creating an exceptionally quiet and peaceful feel. The private garden is a particular highlight, providing a wonderful extension of the living space and an ideal spot for outdoor dining, entertaining or simply enjoying some quiet time at home.

Chetwynd Road is a highly sought after residential address, perfectly placed for the excellent local amenities of Swains Lane, including independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The open green spaces of Hampstead Heath and Waterlow Park are also within easy reach, making this an ideal home for those looking to enjoy a peaceful village feel while remaining well connected to the rest of London.

Some words from the owner:

“We’ve absolutely loved living here. Being just a five-minute walk from Hampstead Heath has been such a privilege, and we make the most of it most days, especially with our dog. It’s wonderful having one of North London’s best green spaces so close by.

When we want to stay closer to home, the garden is a real sun trap and such a peaceful spot to relax. The area itself has a lovely village feel, with a deli, café, butcher, Indian restaurant and great pub all within about 30 seconds of the front door. There’s always someone familiar to wave hello to, which gives the neighbourhood a real sense of community.

The transport links are also excellent, with Tufnell Park and Gospel Oak stations both within a 10-minute walk, and Thameslink services from nearby Kentish Town.

Our neighbours have been another highlight. Most are families and professionals, and our next-door neighbours are particularly friendly and welcoming. It’s always reassuring to know you can trust someone nearby to take in a parcel when you’re out.

We were first drawn to the area because of its proximity to the Heath, but once we moved in, we realised just how convenient it is to have so many brilliant independent shops on the doorstep. The local shop is incredibly well stocked, and we often pop to the deli or butcher for lunch or dinner ingredients. Getting to know the people who work there has made it feel like a proper community, something that can be hard to find in London.”
