The kitchens and sitting rooms are uncrowded. It's fine to have a sensible friend to visit but sorry, no parties, as others are in employment.
One room ( a small double) doesn't have ensuite bathroom but it has a private shower room/toilet outwith the room (£650/mo).
We provide 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaning of shared areas.

Housebills are included in rent (utilities, council tax, wifi, water, waste water and waste disposal). Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated- commercial machines (take big loads) - £3 to wash and £1 to dry (prevents queues as full loads are usually washed).
